Privacy Policy

Logo Watermark Pro adds your logo to your photos and videos entirely on your phone. The watermarking, the intro and outro cards, the trimming and the joining all run locally. We have no server that receives your media, and there is no account to sign into.
What we do not collect
- Your photos, videos, or the files you export.
- Your logos or watermark designs.
- Your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
- Your location.
- Analytics or behavioural tracking — the app contains no analytics or advertising SDK.
What is collected, and why
Only what is needed to sell and restore a subscription:
- Purchase history and subscription status
- Who receives itGoogle Play Billing, and RevenueCat, Inc. (our subscription provider)
- WhyTo process your purchase, keep Pro unlocked, and let you restore it on a new device
- A randomly generated app user ID, plus device model and OS version
- Who receives itRevenueCat, Inc.
- WhyTo attach a subscription to an installation without requiring an account. This ID is not linked to your name or email.
- IP address
- Who receives itCloudflare (hosting our website)
- WhyThe app checks our website once per launch for an optional announcement banner. Like any web request, this reveals your IP address to the host. No identifier of you or your device is sent with it.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. We do not sell or share any of it for advertising, and none of it is used to build a profile of you.
Stored on your device only
- Your saved watermarks and layouts, your intro and outro card designs, and your current batch.
- A counter of how many free exports you have used.
All of this is removed when you uninstall the app.
Permissions
- Photos and videos — to let you pick the media you want to watermark, and to save the results back to your gallery. Logo Watermark Pro only reads the items you select.
- Notifications — to tell you an export has finished if you leave the app while it is rendering. Optional; declining it does not affect exporting.
Children
Logo Watermark Pro is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights and deletion
To request deletion of your data: email watermarkitapp@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". If you can, include your Support ID — open the app, tap the crown, then press and hold it to copy the ID. We action every request within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted: the subscription records held by RevenueCat for your install (purchase history and the anonymous app user ID). What is kept: subscription and payment records that Google requires us to retain for tax and refund purposes; these cannot be deleted on request.
Logo Watermark Pro creates no account, so there is no profile to delete. Your photos, videos and logos are never uploaded — uninstalling the app removes everything held on your device.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects what is collected, note it in the app's release notes.
